My name is Wioletta Kowalska, a yoga teacher and massage therapist based in Lucca. I offer personalized massage and bodywork treatments directly in the comfort of your home, hotel, villa, or vacation rental.

Whether you’ve had a challenging day on your mountain bike, feel sore after hours of walking, or simply need deep relaxation, I provide treatments tailored to your individual needs. I combine professional care and comfort with the convenience of receiving your treatment without leaving your accommodation.

With deep awareness of the body and its responses, I bring sensitivity and intention to each session. My work integrates Eastern and Western techniques and philosophies, with the aim of supporting relaxation, balance, mobility, and overall well-being.

Whether you prefer a deep, invigorating massage, a gentle and relaxing experience, or a combination of both, my approach is to listen carefully to your body and personalize each session with care, respect, and attention to what you need in that moment.

I work with high-quality professional equipment and careful attention to detail to create a refined, comfortable, and personalized massage experience.

Advance booking is highly recommended.

I serve Lucca and the surrounding areas. As an independent practitioner and small business owner, I also collaborate with other professional practitioners when additional therapists are needed.

I will respond as soon as possible. Advance notice is greatly appreciated, especially for group bookings and events, as additional practitioners may need to be arranged.

Please note that each additional practitioner has their own techniques, training, and preferred methods. For example, not every practitioner offers Thai Massage or Sarga Bodywork®.

For group bookings, we aim to create a consistent service while respecting each practitioner’s professional expertise.

Travel fee: €70/hour, depending on travel time.

Special oils, lotions, and essential oils may involve additional fees.

Payment can be made by card, cash, or instant bank transfer.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR SESSION

What you provide for each session.

For your comfort and hygiene, please provide your own linens for the session:

1 fitted sheet
1 flat sheet
1 pillowcase

Alternatively, you may provide 2 XL towels + 1 medium towel.

A blanket is optional if you would like additional warmth.

Please have your linens ready before the scheduled appointment time.

Forgot your linens?

If needed, I can provide practical and hygienic non-woven disposable covers for an additional €5 per person.

For those who prefer a more premium option, I can also provide high-quality cotton linens for an additional €20 per person.

If you would like either option, please let me know in advance so that I can prepare and bring the appropriate number of linen sets.

PREPARING YOUR SPACE

Choose a quiet room with enough space for the massage table and for the practitioner to move comfortably around it.
Make sure the room is at a comfortable temperature, depending on the season.
Soft or dim lighting is recommended.
Calm background music can help create a relaxing atmosphere.
A diffuser or candle may be used if desired, but please avoid strong fragrances if you are sensitive to scents.

PERSONAL PREPARATION

Shower beforehand when possible
Wear loose, comfortable clothing before and after your treatment
Remove jewelry and accessories
Silence your phone so you can fully enjoy the session

BOOKING & DEPOSIT POLICY

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit.

By reserving a treatment, dedicated time is set aside specifically for you. As this commitment directly affects the practitioner’s schedule and the availability offered to other clients, deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client.

In the unlikely event that the practitioner is unable to provide the scheduled service, the deposit will be refunded in full.

APPOINTMENT TIMES

To ensure the smooth running of the day, especially during group bookings, all guests are kindly asked to be available and ready at their scheduled appointment time.

Delays may affect the overall schedule and may result in a shortened treatment. The full appointment fee will still apply.

If the practitioner arrives late, you will always receive your full treatment time.
